今回はThe Vampsの「Written Off」を和訳してみました。
2015年発表のアルバム「Wake Up」の収録曲。
「彼女」ってかなり悪いコみたいですねえ…惹かれるのもわからんでもないけど。

「Written Off」和訳メモ
written off：一気に書き上げる、帳消しにされる、決めつけられる、酒にひどく酔って
sink like a stone：崩壊(完全に失敗)する
「Written Off」って、Write Offだけだったら書き上げるとか、帳簿から消すとかって意味もあるようですが、Written Offと過去分詞だと泥酔して、べろんべろんに酔って、という意味もあるそうです。
この歌詞だとたぶんこっちの意味かなあ。と考えながら訳しました。
コナーがメインボーカルをつとめる曲。彼の声すき。
