さっそく全曲リピートして聞きまくってます～
チェリーブロッサムというタイトルには、再生という意味合いもこめられているそうです。
たしかに、2年ぶりのアルバムにふさわしい名前ですね。
発表されたばかりのアルバム収録曲、さっそく和訳していきます。
まずは「Glory Days」から。この曲も、アルバムの方向性にあった曲だと思います。

「Glory Days」和訳メモ
starin’ at the ceiling：＝staring at the ceiling。天井を見つめる
lie back：あおむけになる
10代半ばでデビューしてもう7年になるThe Vamps。今も十分人気あると思うんですが…
やっぱりデビュー曲の「Can We Dance」あたりの人気ぶりは衝撃でしたね。
みんなめっちゃ若い…
楽曲の親しみやすさとビジュアルのよさもあって、日本でもティーンエイジャーから大人気に。すっごくきらきらしてるなーという印象でした。
今も人気だけど、そのころとは状況が違う。
あのときのエネルギーとはまた別の魅力がありますよね。
これからも活動を続けるにあたって、あのときだけじゃなくて、今も輝かしい日々であるために…とポジティブに歌っています。
アルバムを出してなかった2年間、いろいろ考えていたんだろうな…
